Fulfillment Service Helps Companies With Holiday Shipping

Fulfillment Service Helps Companies With Holiday Shipping

A recent study shows that 59% of online consumers will do their holiday shopping online this year, and that most will be spending more carefully and precisely. This holiday season is going to be one of the most competitive shopping seasons with more online choices and resources available to shoppers. In re-evaluating and making strategies for an efficient and successful holiday season, Ecommerce companies must consider shipping and order fulfillment service as a priority.  Here are some things to look for when going with a fulfillment service.

Viewable Rates & Prices
Your shipping rates and prices should be easy to identify and accurate. You have to manage and meet customer expectations. In order to keep customers happy, they need to believe they’re getting a good deal, discount, or value for their purchase.
Fast & Free Shipping
The best way to attract and retain customers is by developing holiday shipping promotions that include FREE or discounted freight options. If a free shipping option is not sustainable financially for your company, consider a discounted shipping promotion for a limited time. Other options include offers based on purchase size or special discounts for buyers in certain locations. These promotions should be offered and promoted before the season peaks. Primary dates include Black Friday, Free Shipping Day, and Cyber Monday.
Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management
Whether shipping direct or outsourcing your order fulfillment, your shipping process should be automated to eliminate errors and maximize productivity. Explore fulfillment service options that fit your company needs. Most fulfillment service options include Freight Reporting, Inventory Updates, and Order Data.
Win Repeat Business
Make shipping personal and include package inserts, such as messages about their package. Add extra complementary items, coupons, or information to the package. Encourage their affection for your product and company. Always remind customers where they can buy more of your product or services.
.Timely & Transparent Shipping
Customers want to the ability to track their orders and expect delivery as promised. Re-evaluate your strategies and results of previous holiday seasons to identify areas of improvement. If you’re shipping direct and cannot keep up with holiday demand or shipping promises, consider outsourcing to a warehouse ororder fulfillment facility in other locations. There are tremendous benefits with outsourcing your order fulfillment service that includes cost savings, efficient shipping/delivery times, and critical time saved from daily operation demand. Going 3rd party allows additional time for improving marketing strategies and increasing sales.

MANY CUSTOMERS VIEW SHIPPING PROMOTIONS, RATES, AND DELIVERY TIMES AS KEY FACTORS IN CHOOSING WHERE TO SHOP AND WHAT TO BUY. ONLINE RETAIL AND INTERNET ACCESSIBILITY ALLOWS CUSTOMERS TO BE VERY SELECTIVE, AS THEY’LL BE SHOPPING SMART, FEASIBLE, AND EARLY. BUSINESSES ARE CONCERNED WITH KEEPING CUSTOMERS HAPPING, STAYING COMPETITIVE, AND INCREASING SALES AND PROFIT MARGINS. BEING AWARE OF THESE FIVE ESSENTIAL ORDER FULFILLMENT SERVICE METHODS CAN HELP ECOMMERCE COMPANIES  IMPLEMENT HOLIDAY SHIPPING STRATEGIES THAT WILL HELP ATTRACT AND RETAIN CUSTOMERS.

A Few Great Reasons to Outsource Order Fulfillment Service

Fulfillment Service- A Few Great Reasons to Outsource

Over the last few years  order fulfillment service has become increasingly popular. The reasons vary from customer to customer, but here is a list of benefits to be gained from outsourcing the packaging and shipment of packaged products..  Here’s a quick list of the reasons why you should consider outsourcing order fulfillment service.

Space Utilization
Free up floor space by eliminating the need for packaging equipment and inventory of bulky packaging materials.
 Hold Down your Overhead.
With order fulfillment service consolidated at a facility that you don’t have to manage, you save money by leaving the costs associated with areas like staffing, inventory management and insurance with the vendor.
Increased Productivity
Whatever the size of a business or its order fulfillment service needs, a qualified vendor will keep a keen focus on even the smallest details in shipping and distribution. This helps cut down on the possibility of errors, thereby aiding productivity.  Additionally, the right outsourcing choice will provide tight security for controlling your inventory, reducing the risk of theft and losses.Personnel formerly engaged in packaging operations become available for work more directly related to the bottom line.
It’s Efficient
An order fulfillment service and logistics company with a solid track record has the systems in place to streamline the entire fulfillment service process for you. State-of-the-art software systems allow you to track an order’s progress from the point at which it’s picked at the warehouse all the way to the customer’s doorstep.
Increased Focus on Core Competencies
In today’s competitive market companies are finding the value of concentrating on their strengths and relying on strategic partnerships to become strong in other areas. Our packaging and logistics expertise makes us a great fit for the Arizona and western U.S. markets.
Flexibility
Our packaging capabilities cover a full range of packaging approaches, from custom foam packaging to assembly. We’re also geared to short and long run jobs. Few distribution centers or manufacturing operations desire or can easily integrate such breadth.
Accommodate Future Needs
A company with solid expertise in the areas of direct marketing, online ordering, billing and catalog distribution will be able to adjust shifts in volume and capacity as your business changes and grows.
Improved Packaging
We use best of class packaging equipment and materials, and put our decades of packaging design experience to work creating packaging solutions that reduce damage, improve tamper evidence, streamline package size, and other objectives sought by our customer.
Happy Customers
A reliable vendor will ship direct-to-consumer orders in 24 hours and carefully package them with all desired marketing inserts.  They should also be able to offer gift-wrapping if a customer requests it.
Greater Shipping Efficiency
A good fulfillment service can leverage  overall shipping volume to reduce per-unit shipping cost, and enable customers to ship LTL and full truckload orders at the most economical rates. In many cases this reduces delivery lead times as well.

SO, IS OUTSOURCING PACKAGING AND ORDER FULFILLMENT SERVICE A GOOD STRATEGY FOR YOUR COMPANY? LETTING ANOTHER COMPANY BE YOUR BACK OFFICE REQUIRES A HIGH DEGREE OF TRUST AND FAITH THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE THEIR ORDERS ON TIME AND ACCURATELY.  WHILE IT MEANS HANDING THE REINS OVER TO SOMEONE ELSE FOR MANY OF YOUR CRUCIAL BUSINESS FUNCTIONS, OUTSOURCING YOUR ORDER FULFILLMENT SERVICE OFFERS SEVERAL ADVANTAGES THAT CAN POSITIVELY IMPACT YOUR BOTTOM LINE.

Best West Direct Fulfillment Service for Over 25 Years

Fulfillment Service Providers for over 25 Years

While many businesses are sharing stories of being stalled by shifts in the global economy,  packaging and fulfillment leader Best West Direct Fulfillment Service prepares to celebrate being in business over 25 years.  Best West Fulfillment Service is looking toward better and newer ways of answering the product packaging demands of a leaner, increasingly outsourced American economy.

The small to mid-sized retailers that have traditionally articulated various needs in product packaging, food packaging and fulfillment service have looked to businesses like Best West Direct complete fulfillment for affordable and reliable solutions. However, some providers chose to ship work overseas as a way to reduce production overhead and bolster profits. As quality suffered costs increased, leading many businesses to seek a localized alternative. It was this opening seized by best west direct fulfillment service, and allowed this company to grow strategically, rising to the top of the Arizona packaging industry.   Best west direct is a small, thoughtful company which allows us to more specifically answer a diverse set of customer needs.  By remaining flexible, we can grow as the market dictates while staying flexible and anticipating change, increasing or shifting our localized resources accordingly.

The customers served by Best West Direct fulfillment service span many diverse industries, which is  a critical means to staying competitive.  A company cannot serve just one industry and expect to survive. Our key to stability over the years has been the ability to stay nimble and adapt to changing customer needs and to be proactive toward shifts in the global markets. It is simply not cost effective for most small to mid-size retailers to handle their own packaging and fulfillment service on-site any longer, yet outsourcing overseas can bring questionable results. By keeping operations local in the southwest, we are able to better control the quality levels and decrease the time and costs associated with national shipping. This is what makes Best West Direct fulfillment service strong, even in a downturned economy. A cost savings that does not compromise quality levels is what today's customers are demanding and Best West Direct is run specifically to keep answering those needs, and to keep quietly growing with our customers for years to come.

BEST WEST DIRECT FULFILLMENT SERVICE BEGAN OVER 25 YEARS AGO AS A WAREHOUSE WITH CAPABILITIES IN PACKAGING, HAND ASSEMBLY AND FULFILLMENT SERVICES. AS DEMAND FOR OUTSOURCED PACKAGING GREW, BEST WEST DIRECT FULFILLMENT SERVICE ROSE TO THE LEADING EDGE OF THE INDUSTRY, CONSOLIDATING, AND STREAMLINING THE FULFILLMENT SERVICE INDUSTRY.  OFFERING, COLD STORAGE, CUSTOM FOAM PACKAGING, PICK-AND-PACK FULFILLMENT AND MORE, BEST WEST DIRECT FULFILLMENT SERVICE HAS ALL OF YOUR SOUTHWEST FULFILLMENT SERVICE NEEDS COVERED.

Helping Small Business Grow with Fulfillment Service - Part 1

Fulfillment Service - Helping Small Business Grow - Part 1

If your company has a product that they have to sell and distribute to the world, you would do quite well by taking advantage of one of the many fantastic order fulfillment service out there. You probably already know that managing a business requires a huge amount of focus on a handful of different tasks, and having to put your attention elsewhere can be detrimental on your ability to grow and expand your company. When you are intent on getting down to business and focusing on driving your company forward, you should let someone else come in and take care of your logistical duties.

When a company is initially trying to break into the market and draw attention to their latest products that they are trying to market to the people of the world, they may find themselves in great need of a great fulfillment service. As long as you can offer a quality product, you should see a ton of growth in your business, which means that you will see a ton of growth in the amount of work that has to be done. If you intend to keep your business growing, you have to keep your products going out and your employees happy, so you just might need a fulfillment service.

It is good to keep in mind that most of the big companies out there right now were once just a small business like the one you are currently running. Some of these successful CEOs might have been one of a handful of employees that worked out of the owner’s basement and had to work around the clock to keep up with all the orders that were coming in each week. These small outfits may have done rather well back then, but by the time the orders started pouring in, they had to find a bigger workplace and hire some extra employees.  A fulfillment service does this for you.
Before your business really gets up and running, you will most likely start with some small office space to work in and just a handful of employees to help you get things done. A tiny company of employees that is focused on marketing and selling a specific product to customers around the world will have to have people to take orders, people to keep up with the inventory, and people who can fulfill the orders. A small company should have no trouble being small as long as they are only selling a small amount of products, but the moment they start receiving a massive volume of orders, they will have to figure out a way to start filling all of those orders before things get out of control.  This is when a fulfillment service should be hired.

WHEN YOU HAVE A SMALL NUMBER OF STAFF MEMBERS AND A GROWING NUMBER OF ORDERS TO FILL, YOU EVENTUALLY COME TO THE POINT WHERE THE WORK SIMPLY ISN’T GETTING DONE AND YOU FALL FURTHER AND FURTHER BEHIND. YOU CAN EASILY GET AROUND SUCH A SITUATION BY SIMPLY CALLING IN AN ORDER FULFILLMENT SERVICE COMPANY THAT CAN UTILIZE THEIR OWN WONDERFUL SET OF RESOURCES TO TAKE ON ALL OF YOUR LOGISTICAL DUTIES AND LET YOUR TEAM GET BACK TO MORE IMPORTANT MATTERS.

Analyzing Your Fulfillment Service Options

Fulfillment Service - Analyzing Your Options

This past holiday season, online retail spending in the U.S. reached a record $37.5 billion, up 15 percent from a year ago, according to comScore. For many online retailers, this significant growth led to record-breaking sales for their businesses, and along with it, a higher-than-expected number of orders that had to be taken care of by a fulfillment service.
Now that the holidays are over and things have started to settle down, many eCommerce sellers may be reevaluating their current fulfillment service operations. For those that handle fulfillment service in house, you may be asking yourself if outsourcing is the right move in order to save your business time and money. For some that outsource, you may be thinking the opposite, wondering if your business would be better off handling order fulfillment on your own. You may also be thinking that, rather than an all or nothing approach, perhaps partial outsourcing makes the most sense for your business.
When it comes to eFulfillment, there is no “one size fits all” model. What makes sense for one business, may hinder another. But luckily, as an online seller, you have choices, and below we’ll take a look at three different approaches to eCommerce order fulfillment service to help you weigh in on the pros and cons of each.

In-House Fulfillment Service

There are a number of reasons why outsourcing fulfillment might not be right for your business.   For starters you have to depend on your fulfillment center’s delivery reliability and speed, your fulfillment provider may make more mistakes than you or your staff would, the return processing workers may not be able to judge the scalability of your returns or the outsourced cost may end up more than you would pay doing fulfillment on your own.  Another key reason for in-house fulfillment is that merchants may have to rely on generic systems when using an outsourced fulfillment service partner, rather than creating a unique fulfillment process that suits their businesses. For some online sellers, they may find that fulfillment centers are either unwilling or unable to cater to their unique needs, in which case outsourcing their order fulfillment service needs becomes more challenging, or not viable at all.

Partial Outsourced Fulfillment

We’ve listed some of the pros and cons of in-house and outsourced fulfillment, and discussed why there is no one size fits all approach to getting your products in the hands of your customers. In some cases, online sellers find that outsourcing a portion of their fulfillment operations makes the most sense, perhaps for reasons due to geography. For example, an online merchant based in the UK may fulfill orders in house for all products shipped to its customers in the UK. For orders shipped to customers in the U.S., that merchant is able to save money and significantly shorten delivery times by using a U.S.-based fulfillment house.
Many distributors that have historically focused on business-to-business (B2B) fulfillment are now offering business-to-consumer (B2C) fulfillment services for eCommerce orders. While the demands of eCommerce B2C fulfillment can differ greatly from B2B fulfillment, as is discussed byDerek Singleton from Software Advice in this post, if those demands are met, online merchants may elect to have their distributors fill a portion of their eCommerce orders.

COMPLETE OUTSOURCED FULFILLMENT SERVICE

While there are various reasons why online merchants may choose not to outsource fulfillment service, in many cases it proves to be more efficient and cost effective to do so. However there are some of the key reasons why e-Commerce merchants do outsource their fulfillment service.  For instance, outsourcing can absorb seasonal spikes in shipping and returns, can provide access to FedEx and UPS discounts, established fulfillment providers guarantee their work, Outsourcing converts fixed costs like rent and labor to pure variable cost per order and all this allows you to focus on what you do best by outsourcing unfamiliar tasks.  For many new and established online sellers, outsourcing fulfillment service makes the most sense for their businesses. With the right partner, they are able to take advantage of shipping discounts, technology and experience, while maintaining complete visibility into their operations. For many online sellers, outsourcing all of their order fulfillment is the right way to go; for others, they find that outsourcing a portion of their fulfillment is the most fitting solution.

There are many factors to consider when choosing the fulfillment model that is right for your business, and while cost is certainly not the only consideration, it is important to fully analyze the cost you pay now per order fulfilled, versus the cost you would pay with an alternative solution.

Complicated Fulfillment Service

Fulfillment Service- It's Difficult, Part 2

In an RF (radio frequency) environment, picking accuracy is increased to 99%.  The system works by telling the picker where to go to select the item(s). When the picker arrives, they scan the location bar code and the system tells them if they are in the right spot. If they are, they are allowed to pick the item and it is scanned for verification.

Printing a Custom Packing List are then printed. To help clients, packing lists include our clients name, company information and logo. Each packing list details the actual order information for the product being shipped by the fulfillment service.

Proper Packing Materials are then used to protect the items. After the order is complete, packing paper is added to protect the product.
Next, many clients rely on the fulfillment service house to select the carrier. Remember, there are other factors that enter the equation besides cost. Each carrier has strengths and weaknesses, and there’s always a trade-off between service and cost. A good fulfillment service house knows which carrier services each destination with the least amount of damage and quickest transit time. Each destination has its own unique set of carrier requirements and the carrier selected must meet those requirements or face charge backs. When price is the determining factor, you must know which carrier rates are the lowest between UPS, FedEx, USPS, Media Mail, Mail Innovations, or Smart Post. The correct answer depends upon the weight, size and destination of the order. International shipments are another matter entirely.

PRINTING SHIPPING LABELS IS ANOTHER STEP IN FULFILLMENT SERVICE. EACH CARRIER HAS STRICT PRINTING REQUIREMENTS AND ANY MINOR MISTAKE CAN RESULT IN THE PACKAGE NOT ARRIVING TO THE CUSTOMER OR A LOST OR RETURNED SHIPMENT. ALSO, PACKAGES SENT BY COURIER WITHOUT “PERFECT ADDRESSES” WILL INCUR HEFTY CHARGE BACKS FROM THE CARRIER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

Lastly, the fulfillment service must insure all Courier/Freight Cutoff Times are Met. This is necessary so the shipment is fulfilled on time. When dealing with several thousand orders, it requires a concentrated effort to ensure all orders for each service are ready by the specific cut off time.

Pick and Pack Complete Fulfillment

Complete Fulfillment- Pick and Pack

In the supply chain, the “pick, pack and ship” process of complete fulfillment helps businesses speed things up by having someone else pick up their products from inventory, package them and then ship them off to customers. It not only speeds up the supply chain, it also cuts back on costs, so businesses are always trying to find new ways to streamline the process.
Pick and pack services are an important part of complete fulfillment and logistics for many types of companies. From the small jewelry retailer to the national furniture company, pick and pack services are used to fulfill orders. Make sure you understand the basic pick and pack terms so you know your products are being delivered in a timely fashion.   Pick, pack and ship is one process a small business should know.  Here are a few tips and terms you should know:

POLYBAG

A polybag is a plastic bag sealed around the contents you choose. Polybags are often used for instruction manuals, small parts, books and other shipment needs.  The polybag technology  is used to create a streamlined pick and pack option.

Organized Complete Fulfillment picking

One of the keys to getting the first step off on the right track is to make sure that the inventory that’s picked up is organized and clearly labeled. This eliminates future errors that would cost major setbacks in time and money down the road with the complete fulfillment company.

SKIN PACKAGING

Skin packaging is a process in which a machine seals your item between a layer of plastic and paper. The sealing machine creates an airtight barrier leaving your product sealed between the plastic cover and cardboard or paper backing.

CLAMSHELL

Clamshell is an option of packaging used by pick and pack services. The container, usually made of plastic, resembles a clam in that it snaps open and shut to safely contain a product.  Manufacturers make a wide variety of clamshell packaging used in many pick and pack facilities.

Efficient packing.

The packaging step is one that offers the most opportunity for increased efficiency. Get your packing down to a science; time and test out different systems for packaging until you find one that’s quick while still providing quality results.

CLUB STORE PACKAGING

Club store packaging is a complete fulfillment option used for volume shippers such as the "club store" or large quantity discount retailers. Pick and pack is adjusted to larger scale pallet pulls.

BREAK BULK

Break bulk is a term used to describe a complete fulfillment center or carrier facility that is designed to take large shipments and break them into smaller shipments.
Reliable shipping
Delivery services that use routing solutions make the shipping step a fast and dependable one. An optimized schedule will find the best route for your deliveries, and it will keep you updated on the checkpoints at every stop.

ADVANCED COMPLETE FULFILLMENT SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION

Advanced shipment notification, or ASN, is when a complete fulfillment center notifies a customer that a shipment will occur. The notification usually takes place through sending of an order notification electronically.

What, Why, Where, and Who of Complete Fulfillment

Complete Fulfillment- The What, Where, Why and Who's of the Business.

What is Complete Fulfillment?

Complete fulfillment is the process whereby a person or company fulfills their obligations to send a person an item or product that the person has ordered, purchased, or requested from the organization. Because of the hassles and complexities that are often involved in getting their products to their customers, many businesses will choose to hire an outside company to provide complete fulfillment services. Companies that offer complete  fulfillment services help businesses process customer orders through the use of call centers and online websites. Once the order has been place, the complete fulfillment company will then use their distribution network to deliver customers' orders in a reliable and trackable fashion.

Why Use Complete Fulfillment Services?

Using a complete fulfillment service can often help increase customer satisfaction and improve the reliability and efficiency of their product delivery system. Some complete fulfillment firms will operate call centers and online order processing in order to expedite the ordering process. Other companies will focus more on the distribution and tracking of products once they have been ordered. Companies that offer complete fulfillment services will usually have a distribution network in place to help deliver customers' goods more reliably. Using fulfillment services can free up your business to do what it does best. The time that you normally spend packaging orders, tracking inventory, and dealing with returns, can now be focused on growing your business. You can use this time to expand your product line, enhance your website, promote your business or expand into new markets.

WHERE TO FIND THE RIGHT COMPLETE FULFILLMENT SERVICE?

To find a company that provides complete fulfillment services for merchants, you can search online. Many internet merchants will need a service to help fulfill their orders. This can include billing, shipping, packing, inventory control, and the distribution of goods from one business to another. They may also deal with returns and ensuring that they have the supply needed to meet customer demand. Marketing, including telemarketing, publishing and mailing catalogs, and having proper storage, are all important aspects to maintain sales and keeping customers happy. You will want to ask about their logistics, inventory control, and how well they have fulfilled orders for other merchants. Full service direct mail companies can be very important to have, in order to help your customers remember your company, and remind them to pick your business over others. Selling will sometimes require having a call center set up for telemarketing. Ask how long the complete fulfillment service company has been in business, and if they have proof for helping their previous clients by increasing sales. The internet can be a great way for retailers to make shopping for their products easy. However, they may require the help of a company for packing and shipping the products that have been sold. In order to pick a complete fulfillment service, you will want to see how much they charge for their services. If selling has decreased and you're interested in telemarketing, you will want to ensure that the complete fulfillment service you choose has experience finding a call center that has a proven record of getting the sales.

Who to choose for Complete Fulfillment needs?

The Two Worse Scenarios in AZ fulfillment

AZ Fulfillment – Two Areas Your Business Can’t Afford To Neglect

Mistakes happen in the business of AZ fulfillment all the time,  it’s unfortunate, but undeniable. The e-commerce industry has a heightened propensity for problems. There are countless, complex steps that take place from the time an order is placed to the moment it’s delivered to the customer’s door, precautions, conditions and standards that must be met to make sure the right order gets to the right customer, on time and in perfect condition.

TO HELP YOU SAFEGUARD YOUR COMPANY AGAINST FAULTY AZ FULFILLMENT, WE’VE IDENTIFIED THE TOP TWO PROBLEMS OF AZ FULFILLMENT THAT MAY OCCUR DURING THE INTRICATE ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS. KNOW THEM, PREVENT THEM AND PROTECT YOUR BRAND’S IMAGE AND REPUTATION FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.

First major problem, Your customers can’t get a hold of a live representative, online or offline to help them make an order, check on an order or solve a problem.  No matter how big or how small your e-commerce business is, you need customer service, and quality customer service. Most consumers prefer either to call a company directly or to email them, and having these two options available helps keep your customers happy, loyal to your brand and coming back for more of your products.
Each time you overlook an email or miss a call from a current or potential buyer, you risk not only losing that customer’s business, but also damaging your brand’s reputation for anyone with whom that customer shares his unsatisfied experience.  If you’re currently partnered with a AZ fulfillment company, or actively seeking one, have them go over exactly how they handle customer service calls or emails. When will customer service support be available? What types of inquiries does the support staff have the capacity to handle? Think of common scenarios that you have experienced with your own customers and find out firsthand how that situation would be managed.
Partnering with a fulfillment company to take care of your customer service is extremely efficient for any e-commerce business.  However, make sure your fulfillment center is responsive to your customers,  knowledgeable about your company’s culture and determined to use this information to accurately reflect your brand to your customers.  If you manage your customer service in-house, keep in mind that your e-commerce store is open all day and night — the Internet does not close or go to sleep! Make sure you have a team available 24/7 to respond to both phone calls and emails from customers. Also, ensure that they understand how to offer consistent and positive brand experiences for each customer.
The second major issue among AZ Fulfillment is that the product is taking longer to get delivered than promised, the wrong product was delivered or the product is no longer in stock.  The solution is to refine your inventory management and polish your pick and pack processes. E-commerce AZ fulfillment success is dependent upon 24/7 inventory awareness and a solid system to move the product from the shelf to your customer’s door when, or before, it was promised.
In addition to knowing your stock and getting the right products out the door with efficiency, it’s crucial to your customers, and therefore your business, that you offer a simple, hassle-free return process– especially if a mistake has resulted in a wrong order or damaged product. Don’t make your mistake your customer’s problem. To turn a negative into a positive offer some sort of exclusive incentive, such as 15% off their next order, to regain your customer’s trust and redeem your brand’s reputation. When dealing with outsourced AZ Fulfillment  make sure that your current or prospective fulfillment center shows you  how and where they’re storing your products to ensure product security against felony and damages, how they’re keeping an accurate archive for each product and  how they plan on delivering inventory information to you any and every time you need it. In source fulfillment is different as well. If you’re managing your fulfillment services yourself, ensure that you’re checking in on inventory levels at least daily. Don’t list a product as available when you don’t have it in stock or no longer offer it. And just as importantly, don’t take on an overload of orders. It may seem tempting to move more product and stimulate more revenue, but you don’t want to compromises the efficiency and accuracy of your AZ fulfillment. Remember, quality over quantity!
