Reasons to go with Best West Direct Fulfillment Service

Fulfillment Service: You Never Know What Your Going to Get

Best West Direct are professionals in fulfillment service, with prompt processing and stellar customer service.  However most fulfillment services can not live up to these standards.  The following are some real accounts of other fulfillment service companies and how their poor customer service and shipping practices can be very detrimental to your company.

A Fulfillment Service Failure:

In Oct.09 I requested  free sample product from Fulfillment service Warehouse I signed up on line. I did receive that shipment and decided to keep using the product. I did them my bank information and for the months of Nov,Dec.and Jan I was billed for product but never received it. When I called I was told that product had been sent, I was also given a tracking number that never showed up. Total I’m out $210.00 and still no product.

ANOTHER FULFILLMENT SERVICE HORROR STORY:

Was told the first lot of tea was Free and would only be charged $4.95 for Shipping then was charged an additional $20.00 for shipping (all in USA dollars) and I live in New Zealand so was expected $4.95 New Zealand dollars and I told 3 of my friends about this tea and they all ordered (on my Credit Card ) and then we all got the orders with the increased amount of shipping, then we were told that we had to return the tea before 14 days, or we would be charged for first month’s shipping and how can you trial it in that time, and I got charged $54.95 (again USA dollars on my credit card for all 4 people – again – which is well over $400.00 with the postage. I emailed the fulfillment service immediately to cancel all of the orders and now today – two of the ladies have received another – 3 months supply of the tea – again charged to my Credit Card – this will be VERY EXPENSIVE>!!! I told them to cancel the future tea orders . How can I get this company to stop shipping and stop charging my CREDIT CArd.
Even the Big Guys in Fulfillment service Screw up:
Normal Amazon sellers have an added level of fulfillment service protection – customers cannot request a refund, do a credit card chargeback, or leave negative feedback after 90 days.
However, sellers give up these rights under FBA. Today, we learned of a customer who read the book ELEVEN MONTHS after receiving it (yes, 11 months) … didn’t enjoy the book, and requested a refund. FBA granted the refund without consulting the seller (they never do), and took the money out of the seller’s account to refund the customer.
The good news is that this particular book was under $5. The bad news is, there is no limit to what FBA can do to your account – hold funds, issue refunds, not restock your returned items, etc. But amazon NEEDS its customers for growth.   Check this out:
“The Amazon virtuous circle shows sellers playing an important role in the company’s growth. By adding selection, sellers help the customer experience, which increases traffic to Amazon.com, which attracts more sellers. eBay has nothing but third-party sellers offering an incredible selection of goods. But there’s a tremendous variation in the quality of sellers on eBay. Amazon has two things going for it in terms of attempting to control the quality of third-party seller transactions. The first – it processes payments on behalf of sellers, so it has a greater knowledge of the transaction details. And secondly, it can control the quality of the customer experience to a much greater degree for transactions that are fulfilled through FBA – its own warehouse workers pack and ship the products to the customer.Wall Street analysts have urged eBay to consider adding a fulfillment service, and it was a year ago that the Wall Street Journal blogged about eBay plans to test a fulfillment service for sellers. eBay’s Johnna Hoff told me at the time that eBay planned to roll out two tests – one for a limited number of domestic sellers, and another test for China-based sellers who ship into the U.S. It may seem unlikely that another marketplace could catch up to Amazon, which has first mover advantage in the fulfillment service  area. On the other hand, sometimes it’s easier to copy than to innovate – Amazon has paved the way and has demonstrated to sellers the value proposition of marketplace fulfillment service.  Fulfillment service help marketplaces grow, but what’s in it for sellers? They can offer sellers increased visibility on the marketplace. However, sellers don’t have complete control and run into many challenges.”
Do not let this be your company or your customers, who are dependant on a proper orderfulfillment service.  Instead, go with Best West Direct for all of your Fulfillment Service needs.
